11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be scheduled during off-peak hours when possible, with advance notice provided.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Access to systems and data will be provided for a reasonable transition period
  • Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

13. Force Majeure

LiThul shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
